Important!

If you created a Username to submit your application or you submitted an application through your existing My COMPASS Account, click on the "My COMPASS Account" link to log into that account now and view the status of your application.
If you do not have a My COMPASS Account, click on the ‘Register as a New User’ link below to create an account.
If you did not create or use a Username to submit your application, or your  application was submitted by a Community Partner or Provider on your behalf,  enter the information below and click Check Status.
