Please call the HELPLINE at 1-800-692-7462 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you are hearing impaired, call TTY/TTD at 1-800-451-5886. If you have a question during non-business hours or prefer to use email, you may email us.

Want to check the status of your COMPASS application?
  1. Log in to your My COMPASS Account.
  2. Select your submitted application.
  3. Click on the Status and Pending Verification button.

If you do not have a My COMPASS Account, go to the Check Application Status link under Helpful Links and enter your e-Form (application) number and your password.

Need to report a change (for example – employment, income, address, household expenses or health status, such as pregnancy, etc.)?
  • For Department of Human Services programs such as: Medical Assistance, Cash Assistance, SNAP, LIHEAP, Long Term Living Services – report changes online through your My COMPASS Account or call the Statewide Customer Service Center toll free number at 1-877-395-8930, in Philadelphia call 215-560-7226.
  • For CHIP – Please call the CHIP insurance company that provides you or your family members with insurance coverage. You can find their toll-free number on the back of your or your family member’s insurance card.
  • For School Meals – Please call your child’s school.
  • For Child Care Works Please contact your county Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) office.

  1. Go to the Login/Register dropdown.
  2. Register a My COMPASS Account under the Individuals & Families section.
